Group classes

You don't like to train alone right? So why not participate in group classes? It is an excellent opportunity to increase your circle of friends and also find new training partners!

This type of training is defined as a high intensity interval training, with the objective of promoting constant muscle stimulation and loss of fat mass.

The group class consists of different and dynamic exercise stations, with little rest time. The training site will always be outdoors, in parks, beaches etc ...

This class is ideal for groups of three or more people!
